Red Wing Mayor Dennis Egan proclaimed Tuesday to be “Red Wing Winger Boys Swimming and Diving Team Day” in the city to honor the team’s successful 2010-11 season. The Wingers finished ninth at the Class A state meet and freshman Tanner Alms broke the Class A state meet record in the 500-yard freestyle.
